Bouquets start from as little as $35, a small price to pay to brighten someone’s day

Monday to Friday your orders need to be through before 2:00pm. On Saturdays, your orders must be received before 10am. Otherwise deliveries will be sent on the next working day. For more information, see our delivery policy.

For special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, New Year, Easter and ANZAC day, we advise placing your orders early to avoid disappointment.

Some hospitals have very strict policies regarding deliveries to intensive care units and seriously ill patients. Please check with the hospital before ordering flowers online or organise for the flowers to be sent to the patient’s home address on their discharge.
Please ensure you provide us with the correct information. If an incorrect address is supplied, we cannot be held responsible. If flowers are returned because you have supplied the wrong address, we will advise you, and can redeliver for an additional fee.

There may be a slight variation as not all flowers are available all year round, so appropriate replacements may be used, but our florist will do their best to ensure the bouquet or arrangement is beautiful and replicates your chosen design. Please read our substitution policy.

For online payments, we accept all major credit cards including Diner’s Club Card and American Express. You can also pay over the phone with credit card, or call us to do a direct deposit. We also accept cash for orders placed in-store.

Once you have a date, it’s a good idea to book a free consultation with us. This is where we can discuss your wedding theme, style of bouquet, colours, ceremony and venue styling requirements.

Yes we can deliver your wedding flowers. We would love to style your entire wedding, from floral garlands for arbour, aisle and ceremony decorations to table centrepieces and hanging floral installations, making your dream wedding a reality.

Yes, we have a set list of candies which are available, and you are able to choose from the ones on that list.
Sure thing, we will match the colours as closely as possible.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date.

If you are a family member or close friend of the individual who’s passed, choose their favourite flower. Otherwise lilies, gladioli, carnations and roses are traditionally used for funerals.
